I'm probably not going to be as active here as I was on the old Naviblue. I've settled into a new routine over the many months since the Great Crash.

At some point I just gave up hope that NB was going to come back, and made peace with it.

Well, we are working hard to get Swotu to pass the torch and let Flighter bring back some of the old threads and restore as much as possible of the old Naviblue. Meanwhile, at least we have a cool place to come and be together.

Well, technically speaking, if I get the backup files, it will be either everything or nothing... (more likely everything), just that I won't be the same day I get the files, lol... It's long but quite straight-forward process. Did some tests last night on one of my other forums, posted automatically few messages, created users... so in case of NB it just has to be repeated like... 600-700.000 times, lol.

It's going to be weird seeing posts by accounts that won't really be ours anymore. At least, I'm assuming those old accounts won't work. I don't know how any of this stuff works.

I always have to think of that song by Bryan Adams when seeing the name of this thread. >_<

If we get the backup. few of you registered at that moment will get your old posts attached to your new account here, instead the old one. Just that, if the old nickname is different from the one here, you will have to tell me about it... when the time comes.
