Morning
I'm not exactly looking forward to Friday this time. It's partially a holiday here in Germany and as we're spread allover the country I'm the only one who has to work in my department, everyone else has the day off. Meh.

Do they pay extra these hours/days? Look at it from the brighter side (assuming that they do pay extra). I use to look at it not like extra hours but as what I can and will do with the extra money
Not that it makes much difference, but it makes it easier for me

Nope, they don't pay extra for that. It's just that the day ain't a public holiday in my part of the country, so it's a totally normal workday for me.

Re: The ground level - in and out
Morning
And Tuesday starts even worse than Monday. Just found out that one of my favourite events urgently looks for a new location. There were a few people around the old one who just worked against it and it seems they finally get what they want :-/
I know who's gonna hate them - all the shops around the area who made a killing during the series of events from all the people shopping their groceries, building materials, drinks and other stuff there.

Re: The ground level - in and out
Hello everyone, I'm baaaack!
After a very long and busy Halloween season (our busiest ever, which brought us to the brink of physical and mental exhaustion), we can finally relax. Today was the first day in over a week that we actually returned to the workshop. We had closed our web shop on Oct.20 to avoid all of those people who order prosthetics for Halloween parties at the last minute and expect them shipped across the globe in 2 days (and to prepare for a big Horror convention, Frightmare in the Falls, that we did on Oct.26&27), and just re-opened it 3 days ago. Check out our Evil Dead Cabin and Haunted Cemetery attractions at Frightmare here: http://frightmareinthefalls.com/attractions/
And Halloween was quite eventful. We had 3 corpses disappear from our front lawn on Devil's Night (the night before Halloween when delinquents roam the streets pulling pranks). We were featured in the local paper in a humorous little artile:

A few more days of work, and then Ato and I are taking off to Florida next week for the U.S. AvatarMeet at Disney's Pandora. We can't wait to go back to Pandora.

Evening
Good to hear from you, Elyris... feeling a bit better today? Take your time getting well again, no use in going to work half-sick and risking your health.
