Hmm - try to dump it in the next body of water - that's what they used to do with the snow here way back in the day. (I guess it's because of the horrendous dirt fro mthe cars that they don't do tht anymore. Then again - the melting snow only goes into the rainwater canalisation and fro mthere into the river anyways so ... yeah.)
Wow, crazy weather here. 3 days ago it was -20C with 40cm of snow, yesterday it was +14C and sunny, all of the snow is gone, and it felt like spring. Although its going to dip back down below zero to more seasonal temperatures today. Well, it was nice having the heat off and a few windows open even if just for a day.
The release of the soundtrack for Disney's Pandora park got us back in the Avatar mood, so we finally tackled the diorama we've been wanting to do for 5 years for the big display case above our bed. It took us a few days, but we finished the 165cm wide diorama. It's not as authentic and detailed as Spud's was, but its better than an empty display case (and of course all of the plants have glow-in-the-dark biolume). We made a custom tree branch perch for Ato's baby Ikran (that we got in Pandora) too. Photos to come as soon as I find out if my old photobucket account still exists. Now all that is left is to finish custom detailing the wall sized mural with glow-in-the-dark paints too. But that's going to take weeks to complete.
