Yeah... slowly, but definitely getting better. Still not sure if I can work on Monday... not being able to sit sucks in an office job.

Morning
Well - it wasn't the technical perfection of a CGI produced movie (I wasn't fully convinced about the Nantang, but the Ikran were awesome) - and still it was definitely Pandora. Now I know why the Omaticaya have a Toruk skull as a sacred item. And you meet Neytiri's ancestor.
It was colourful and fantastic and breathtaking and I loved every single minute of it
Plus, of course, the artists were really, really good - heck, they had the catlike grace of movement of a Na'vi down to the spot and - as Cirque du Soleil still is some kind of variete/circus - they put on quite a show in that area too.
Oh - and now I own a glass orb with a laser engraved Atokirina in it and when I switch it on it glows
I'd go again everytime.

Good to hear you really liked it that much. I wasn't expecting merchandise though.

Tired too... gee, why are there so many cars on the road???
Oh, I actually was hoping for merchandise when I went there ;-)
Didn't buy the plushie Toruk though, I already have a Toruk at home and I didn't want any territorial fights in my place.

'Morning.
Glad you got to see Toruk, Kiy. When we saw it we loved all of the merchandise that they had too, but it was soooo expensive. We ended up buying a heat change mug (we love our mugs). Got 6 mugs now - the 4 Avatar mugs you gave me when you came to Toronto, one awesome one from Disney's Pandora, and the mug from Toruk. I wanted the Toruk kite that they had, but it was too expensive. The glass orb you bought with the Atokirina in it sounds a lot like the one we got at Disney's Pandora.
I haven't been around here much lately. Work was busy, as was our FX business. Now we're just trying to get organized for Christmas and finish (or should I say start) decorating. We're working on winter-proofing some tombstones for our yard Christmas display.

Morning
Well, Halloween is your busy time of the year, so no wonder you guys didn't have much time. I still wonder... tombstones with light chains wrapped around?
I didn't see any Toruk kites here (they just had Toruk plushies), I'd have been tempted to buy one. Seems they have different merchandise then, depending on the location. I'm looking forward to installing that lamp in my bedroom thought - currently it will clash with my Christmas lights, but when those are down the Seeds of the Sacred Tree will light my dreams
